Workouts – Week of January 6th

Sunday:  Ran 4 miles and exercise bike for 30 minutes.
Monday:  Lifted Weights and exercise bike for 20 minutes.
Tuesday:  Ran 3 miles.
Wednesday:  Lifted Weights
Thursday:  Run 2 miles.
Friday:  Lifted Weights and exercise bike 20 minutes.
Saturday:  20 minutes on Rowing Machine and 32 minutes on exercise bike.

Total running mileage:  9 miles
