Wow – quite a while

I’m planning to train for a marathon and as such, thought I’d revive this site.  Quick info for this week thru today:

speed work tuesday 4 x 400 @7:42

tempo run thursday 1 mile warmup/cooldown 2 mile temp @8:37

weights Monday and Wednesday and today pullups, pushups, situps, 5 mins rowing X3
