		<description>I&#039;m currently fighting a bout of runner&#039;s knee... 

Advice I have received is ....
- 5 to 7 days on an anti-inflammatory (I use advil)
- Rest... or at least....Reduce distance per run and total mileage
- Stretch Quads and Hamstrings (this seems to help quite a bit as tend to have tight quads and hamstrings)
- Strengthen Quads
- Avoid running downhill

My fitness is to lose weight. I am late forties and need to be in better shape. I am using my blog to keep be accountable.
