My Goals

  1. Break 20 minutes in a 5K race.
  2. Break 80 minutes in 10 mile race.
  3. Bench Press 200 pounds.
  4. 10 pullups.Met this goal on 29 March 2007!
  5. Reach and maintain a weight of 150 to 155
  6. Run a half marathon. Met this goal on 22 October 2006!
